Concert Shop Shipping Policy
We typically ship within 2-3 business days of the order being placed and we ship every weekday, Monday through Friday, except on Holidays. Some order do take longer. We offer several shipping options at reasonable prices.
Our preferred methods of shipping on most items are UPS and USPS Priority Mail. However, we do ship FedEx or DHL as well.
Some items ship directly from the manufacturer and it is at their discretion what method of shipping to use. Orders for products that ship directly from the manufacturer are subject to their shipping policies and may be subject to delays.
Once an item is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Flat Rate Shipping
Blaklader Workwear ships direct from the manufacturer and is subject to Flat Rate Shipping of $20.00 for any Blaklader Workwear order valued from $1 to $149 shipped in the Continental US (Domestic). Domestic orders over $149 are eligible for Free Shipping.
Free Shipping
When free shipping is available as a shipping option (Domestic only), orders will ship via UPSP, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground at our discretion.
Free shipping is available for the 48 Continental United States and the District of Columbia only, with a minimum order of $149. Tax is not included in the order minimum to qualify for free shipping.
Sorry, but AK, HI, Puerto Rico, Guam and other US territories and international orders are not eligible for free shipping.
Orders which must ship via Freight Carriers are also exempt from Free Shipping.
International Shipping
Shipping charges and available services will vary based on the package weight and country of destination.
Depending on where you are located, Customs Fees may be applicable to your order. These fees are determined by your country’s Customs Department which we are unable to predict and cannot be included in your bill. All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package – the value is the retail cost.
Please note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion.

Please make sure that you meet the specific requirements of your country as we cannot reship or refund orders that are confiscated by customs.
