Refund policy
Our #1 focus is to take the best care of you, our customer.
As a small business, we don’t have the deep pockets of Walmart, Cabelas or other huge corporations. So we have been forced to incorporate a more systemized policy for returns, exchanges and refunds in order to have protection against unscrupulous people.
This protection will allow us to continue serving you, our awesome customers, with the best gear and workwear at ridiculously low prices.

Please, don’t take advantage of small businesses. Small business is the heart and backbone of our country.
Thank you for your purchase, trust, and your honesty. Now here’s some formal language from our legal counsel.
RETURNSReturned merchandise must be in original packaging, freight prepaid, unused, and in resalable condition, and may be subject to a restocking fee.
Concert Shop inspects all returns and reserves the right to refuse credits on damaged, used or non-resalable items. Your only obligation is the freight charge and restocking fee, where applicable, provided your return is complete with the original packaging, all documentation, tags and labels attached, warranty card, cables, etc.
Some items have longer return policy periods than others.
Blaklader Workwear: 30 days from date of purchase/ NO restocking fee
Fusion Climbing and Fusion Tactical: 7 days from date of purchase with a 25% restocking fee
Liba Fabrics: 5 days from date of purchase. Fabrics cannot show any signs of use.
Everything Else: 10 days from date of purchase with a 15% restocking fee.
Concert Shop reserves the right to authorize product returns after the specified days above. If the product is accepted after this period, it is subject to restocking fee and credit will be issued toward future purchases only.
*Certain items are non-returnable and/or non-cancelable.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Fall arrest equipment
- Climbing or Rigging equipment
- Personal safety equipment (including reusable face masks)
- Custom-printed, or custom-built, or special-order items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book or Notebooks with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. The qualify for a refund, the item must be unused and in the original packaging, with all tags still on it, and all associated manuals and paperwork.
If your item is approved, you will be issued a refund minus any shipping costs and restocking fee, if any.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. However, we will replace an item if it’s the wrong size. In this case, there is a 15% restocking fee. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@concertshop.store
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return, less any shipping charges and/or restocking fee, if applicable. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
SHIPPING
To return your product, please contact us at orders@concertshop.store for a return address and processing information.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping, if applicable, will be deducted from your refund.
We will pay ground shipping for exchanged clothing items only, and to you once. If you wish to exchange a clothing item a second time, you will be responsible for paying the shipping of the new product to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Always feel free to email us at orders@concertshop.store if you have any questions.
Please use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
